RED-WEST

Outlook: This is the toughest one on the books to call. Jahlil Okafor, the nation’s No. 1-ranked player leading the area’s No.1-ranked team that has players going to Duke, Georgetown, and St. Louis, makes Young the popular pick. But this is the Red-West and the Dolphins have to go through Orr first. Also, if they travel to Farragut or Marshall not ready to play, they may be in for some trouble.

Top five players

Louis Adams Jr., Orr, G, Sr.; Tyquone Greer, Orr, F, Sr.; Marlon Jones, Orr, C, Sr.; Jahlil Okafor, Young, C, S.r; Paul White, Young, F, Sr.

Did you know? Farragut All-Public League 6-6 forward Sire Carroll transferred to Orr, but has not yet been cleared to play.

Quote: “This is the Red-West and nobody lies down for anybody. It’s not in our make up.” — Farragut coach Wolf Nelson.

Predicted finish: Orr, Young, Farragut, Marshall,  North Lawndale, Westinghouse.
